Where the customer can try the perfume through the attached sample of the original perfume
The customer has the right to replace the product within seven days from the date the customer receives the product
The customer has the right to request a return of the product within a maximum of 3 days from the date the customer receives the product.
If the product is damaged, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the order
The warranty is void when using essential oils from other brands or mixing water with essential oil or pouring oil into the device
The products to be replaced or returned must be in their original condition, unopened or unused, and must be in their original packaging
The golden warranty does not include branches (only when ordering from the online store)
LOGEVY KSA Exchange and Return Policy
At Logevy, we are keen on the satisfaction of our customers, so all purchases are subject to return and exchange according to the following conditions:
The integrity of the product and its original packaging and not being used. The company also has the right to refuse to receive or compensate for any damaged product or one that is not in its original condition upon purchase.
The return period is three days from the time the customer receives the product.
The replacement period is seven days from the time the customer receives the product.
When the shipping company receives the product from the customer, we will return the price of the product if it was paid upon purchase by electronic payment within a period of 14 days.
The customer has the right to request compensation or replacement if the product arrives damaged or harmed as a result of the delivery process or if the wrong product arrives, provided that the objection is within the first 3 days from the date of receipt of the product.
We do not accept the return or replacement of products that contain scratches or were damaged due to misuse
The device cannot be replaced or returned after use or a request to replace the device if you wish to change the color after use
Products purchased through the website are not returnable at Aromatic branches at all.
The return or replacement fee is 36 riyals
The customer bears all shipping costs incurred for replacement and return.
The customer must contact the customer service number for coordination (+966) 12 275 1180 and the team will provide the customer with return and replacement instructions via email or WhatsApp.
